Mind in Mid Herts Fundraising Consultancy Services

Mind in Mid Herts is a local mental health voluntary association and charity affiliated to national Mind, which delivers recovery focused services to people in St Albans, Stevenage, Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield.

Charity Fundraising Ltd started working with the charity in 2015 when they had identified that the sustainability of their services were facing significant risks. They were looking for a consultant that could increase their capacity for securing grant funding.

To date we have achieved £632,147 through securing grants from a range of different funding bodies such as Henry Smith Charity, National Lottery Community Fund and Lloyds Bank Foundation. Through ongoing work in partnership with the charity, we have enabled them to increase their income by over 40% in the last few years.

Our support over the period has included:

• Research, consultation and analysis of beneficiary needs
• Grant prospect research
• Grant and Tender Bid Writing
• Project evaluations
• Monitoring and evaluation framework design and mentoring

We continue to work with Mind in Mid Herts through the delivery of ongoing fundraising support and project evaluations.
